The Stall Barn

Stall Barn

Built in 1998, by Morton Buildings, our stall barn has six 12′ x 12′ stalls with the convenience of swing out feeders and water lines to each stall. The barn is insulated and oriented so that the front doors are facing south. We generally stay an average of twenty degrees above night-time lows in cold weather, and a few degrees below the high temperatures in the summer. Each stall is equipped with its own double-insulated, industrial grade, column-mounted three speed fan for additional comfort in the heat. Each stall is lighted and has its own independent, centrally controlled timer for optimum lighting for show horses. The 6/12 roof pitch affords more than ample head room and air circulation for each stall.
In addition to the stalls, the barn has a locked tack room, feed room, 12′ center aisle with brushed concrete finish floor, 12′ x 12′ wash rack, work area and a 12′ x 12′ loft between the tack and feed rooms. The center aisle and wash rack feature cross-ties and the water supply for the wash rack features hot and cold water.
